07 HIPAA and compliance services
For clients in medical, dental, and wellness industries, VelocIT Solutions operates as a HIPAA Business Associate where applicable. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) only as necessary to provide the contracted services.
Patient data submitted through our HIPAA-compliant forms is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored only on compliant infrastructure, and never used for any purpose other than delivering the service to the covered entity.
